Molo Residences is a family business and owns the Molo Luxury Suites Puerto Banús boutique hotel.
We designed and redecorated it as our first project in Marbella, expanded our business, and founded Molo Residences in 2018, specializing in real estate, investments, interior design, and renovations.
We select properties and review them ourselves, as we value and understand the importance of having the right home.
As hoteliers, we consider you our guests, we pay attention to details and adapt to your needs. Whether you are here to buy, invest, renovate, or simply search for a suitable holiday home, we will do our best to provide you with what you are looking for.
In addition, as hoteliers with experience in Italian fashion and design, we specialize in renovations and interior design. We have renovated and redecorated hotels, boutiques, houses, and villas in Italy and Spain.
